Lúa Nail Spa in Odenton does not support Military Veterans!
Have been a customer since day one. After increasing prices due to Pandemic, I was told today that Military Discount is no longer honored for Retirees. I have been very understanding in the pice increases but it is for me very hard to understand the change in this practice, especially since I received the discount just 3 days ago for my manicure. Overall I have been very happy with the services received by the techs, but this is not a way to keep your customers. Hard to comprehend that someone that served more than 20 years in the service is less valued as a customer than active duty. Very disappointed and will be seeking service somewhere else. This is just not the way you treat customers. I understand that this is the freedom of the owner to change, but it is also my decision to go somewhere else. Quyen, feel free to call me.

Reviews
They always do an amazing job with my manicures and pedicures.
I have been going to lua nails since the opening of the shop , and i have been going to qyuen since 2019 and everytime i go literally i am never disappointed. She does beautiful work every single time and her team is also great as well. I usually get a custom acrylic set from her or her sister and then get a gel pedi usually with Hannah but literally you can go to anyone in there and the service is top Tier. Highly recommend this establishment and there services !!!
