I spoke to a representative over the phone to schedule the initial appointment. After the techs came out to give me an estimate on the work I wanted done, I called back to ask a few more questions that I forgot to ask. The rep (Becky) seemed happy and eager to get me the right answers and also remembered me from the previous times I called. Both times the techs came out (for estimate and actual work) they were extremely professional. They finished the work surprisingly fast. And my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results and find ourselves turning off and on our new recessed lights for no reason. It’s small but one thing that stood out to me about the techs is that they put on shoe protector the moment they walk into the house. I even noticed them taking them off every time they went out into the garage or my unfinished basement and putting them back on the moment they walked back inside. It’s a small thing but shows the attention to detail.I got an estimate from another company in the area but felt overwhelmed and pressured into getting unnecessary work done. I did not feel that way from this company. Also the other company was offering to do less work (I felt cutting corners) for more money. I’m happy we went with Magothy.“

The price was very reason compared to others who wanted to over charge. Joey & Brian were the was ones who installed the charger and they were just as excellent as Will. “Haramis was great! I needed a replacement fan put in my range hood. No other electrician wanted the job. But, Haramis fit me in and showed up on time. It took a bit to figure out how to get the old fan out without taking down the whole hood, but they perservered. In and out in less than a hour, and really nice guys. I will definitely be calling Haramis again if I need an electrician.“

“We had great service with JM Mullin. Mr. Mullin came out the day we called. Our issue was flickering lights and partial power loss. Mr. Mullin checked the circuit box and wires going in and eventually diagnosed the problem to be with the meter box coming into the house. He called BG&E with us and made sure they had the needed info to replace the meter. Happy with the service and happy with the piece mind that all was good with the breaker box.
