I have used R.L. Thompson for electrical projects on my residence since the late 80's. After performing electrical service in my residence today, I can unequivocally say that their bar for quality workmanship, customer service, and reasonable rates remains high. Jeanette, the office administrator, is as friendly and competent as she has always been. The two electricians showed up right at the appointed time and got right to work. They replaced two exterior builder-grade light fixtures, one builder-grade light fixture in the master closet, and one track lighiting LED component in a little under two hours. After getting outrageous quotes elsewhere, RL Thompson was reasonably priced, communicative, quick, and professional. They handled a panel replacement and relocation as well as coordination with the city and our electric service provider. The office manager, Janette, is wonderful to work with, as are all of the technicians.
