The team at Bailey & Shipp all deserve a 5 star rating. Everyone was so helpful and professional.They answered all my phone calls and kept me informed throughout the whole process. One of the owners, Jp Shipp, offered many options and suggestions which were greatly appreciated and helped my final decisions. He never pushed anything extra and gave helpful advice to get it done in the best way possible and to make sure I had a good experience and that everything was going good.Brittany in the office was very helpful and so polite. Great Generator service and the Tech came earlier than expected. David Roth was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem and then made sure everything with my generator was good otherwise and switched to the house electrical system properly. I will definitely use Bailey & Shipp Electric again.
