Amazing customer service from Shipp Electric! They came out to look at a ceiling fan on our porch that was hanging improperly and discovered that the electrical box supporting it was too small.
Since they had previously done work on the fan and the issue hadn’t been caught at that time, they completely stood behind their work and took care of the visit at no charge under their warranty. I was so impressed by their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly takes responsibility and values its customers!

Alex and Cody arrived on time, clearly explained the charges, and took care of my issues. They were friendly and left no mess. I have used Shipp in the past and will again when I need an electrician. I highly recommend Shipp.
