“From calling to scheduling an appointment it was just simple. The receptionist Karen was so helpful and wanted to make sure she understood what my electrical concerns were. She suggested sending pictures of the outlets. She made sure my concerns were addressed when she called back to schedule a service call with me. Gave me appointment options based on what worked for me. Technician, Steve showed up early, shoes off without being asked, showed him my 2 issues. He had the parts he needed and got right to work. Price of the visit was very reasonable, very transparent and none of this price gouging on parts mark up.
Highly recommend them for all electrical issues. From the initial call to paying for the visit it was all easy. Communication was superb. Thank you for helping me get my outlets replaced.“

“Isaac Thompson, Service Manager visited my home and explained several options for my ceiling fan installation project. He told me exactly what to expect since I needed new wiring to go to the fan locations.
While shopping for fans, I had a couple questions. Isaac was available by phone to answer those questions and to steer me in the right direction.
Scheduling was easy; Devin and Santiago worked well with me. They were very patient and extremely knowledgeable. There were no complaints when I changed my mind a few times about how I wanted to be able to operate the fans.
A last minute issue was resolved completely.
A new kitchen ceiling light was also installed.
Their thorough cleanup after the job was completed, pleased me.
I am thrilled with the end result and would recommend Deshaies Electrical Services, Inc to anyone needing electrical work performed at their house.

“We really appreciated the professionals who came to the house today from Weisman. We had a ceiling fan situation we could not deal with, and they were great. The fan would not turn off without using the breaker switch, and it was stuck on low, making a noise that was worrisome. They came out, removed the broken fan and replaced it in a timely manner. “When I moved into this house, it had 30 amps coming in. While I had upgraded the electric to the house, I still had very few outlets and plaster walls. I needed outlets in two of my bathrooms.
