I spoke to a representative over the phone to schedule the initial appointment. After the techs came out to give me an estimate on the work I wanted done, I called back to ask a few more questions that I forgot to ask. The rep (Becky) seemed happy and eager to get me the right answers and also remembered me from the previous times I called. Both times the techs came out (for estimate and actual work) they were extremely professional. They finished the work surprisingly fast. And my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results and find ourselves turning off and on our new recessed lights for no reason. It’s small but one thing that stood out to me about the techs is that they put on shoe protector the moment they walk into the house. I even noticed them taking them off every time they went out into the garage or my unfinished basement and putting them back on the moment they walked back inside.
