Parking was easy with the nearby garage, which already made the visit stress-free before I even walked in. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — they even asked for my size ahead of my Aescape session so the outfit provided for the treatment was ready and comfortable.

The spa itself feels calm the moment you enter. I was brought to a beautiful waiting area with dim lighting and soothing music that immediately helped me relax and transition out of the busy day. The atmosphere felt polished but still cozy and peaceful.

When it was time for my appointment, I was guided into the Aescape room, and the experience was surprisingly seamless. Booking the Aescape massage was very easy, and the system is extremely intuitive to use. I loved being able to customize the massage in real time — adjusting pressure levels, targeting specific areas, and fine-tuning the experience exactly to my comfort. It felt personalized without any awkwardness, and the controls made it simple to get the perfect balance of relaxation and deep muscle work.

Overall, the experience felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed from start to finish. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and the Aescape treatment was a unique, high-tech spa experience that I’d highly recommend trying at least once — especially if you like having control over your massage preferences.

“What do I recommend? Andrea J. Earls! I have been with Andrea for 25 years. She knows that I will not blow dry my hair. She knows that I come once a year. And she cuts and colors my hair so it grows out perfectly while keeping its shape, and frankly, the color looks completely natural. Also, my daughter is biracial.
