I am maintaining something between a buzz cut and a pixie, and she does an exceptional job with the clippers. When running a few minutes late, she texted me --excellent communication, quick and easy appointments and overall a pleasant experience when you just need a quick cut without spending too much time in the salon. I have taken my son to other stylists all over MoCo, and this is the FIRST place we have been that was just totally ON POINT with what he needed and wanted. Not only did she recreate his locs, she educated us each step of the way as to what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, and super efficient.

“5 stars for Stephanie B! My favorite masseuse! If it wasn't for Stephanie, I would not have learned about this Spa, but since I followed her here, I am now intrigued. I needed to see her because she has special hands, and my body that was recently healing from injury, needed her magic touch. Had a 120min massage and she was awesome as per usual. As I walked in this place, it was such a vibe. Lifetime athletic, Lifetime Spa, Lifetime Cafe... very cool. I was injured so I couldn't work out, but the next time I come visit, I'll make sure to make the most since the cost of the massage allows you to use the amenities for the day. If you're booking a massage in this spot, do yourself a huge favor and try Stephanie B! Make sure to communicate how you like your massage, pressure, etc and she always delivers!
