“I hired Nogales Design kitchen & Bath to renovate my kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. This was a major project and the construction alone took about 6 months. We spent another 6 months on the design and selection of elements before construction started.

He is not cheap, but he is professional, knowledgeable, creative, solution oriented, and cares about customer’s satisfaction. Many contractors may be able to do a good job. But one of my primary factors to judge a vendor, is how he would deal with unexpected issues and problems. Javier is the ultimate professional when it comes to that. There is always a solution for every problem and he takes responsibility when he or his staff come short of customer’s satisfaction. It is truly a pleasure to work with him. He could not be this successful without having great people working for him. Lucas, who managed the day to day aspects of the project was a great guy. He was professional, cool-headed, detail oriented, organized, and pleasant. And above all, Alvaro, who actually built my kitchen, pantry, and the laundry room, mostly by himself, is nothing short of a Superman. He is a master in anything he does. He worked so hard and so diligently in every little detail to make the kitchen look so perfect. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! They will be my go to vendor, for my future projects. “Our sunroom was completed in September 2023 and it has completely transformed our house. We had a wonderful experience working with Maryland Sunrooms. They were recommended by a friend who had used them over 15 years ago, which just goes to show the positive impression that they left. Mike was honest with us from the beginning about the long lead time. He also helped us navigate the process of applying for a variance so that we were able to fully utilize the space on our corner lot despite the inconvenient placement of our house. We didn't even know this was an option, and it made a huge difference. I really liked the use of Smartsheet, which allowed us to see when we could expect certain tasks to be completed. Oscar and Pedro worked on our sunroom and they did a fantastic job. They always arrived early in the morning to get started, and left the job site clean each day. We also had a good experience working with Pete. He was always very responsive to questions. Since the work was completed, we had one issue with one of the windows but they sent someone out the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of adding a sunroom to your home!“

Xtra Care was very attentive to cost and suitability needs, adjusting plans multiple times until we had exactly what we needed. “For a little back story, I discovered that I had a major leak happening in my roof. I immediately took action and reached out to about a dozen roofing companies in the area. Not only were they one of the first to contact and come out, they were quick to give an estimate and begin my roof repair earlier then the already quick date they said (work was to begin a week after the paperwork was done, actually occurred a a few days earlier). I compared prices and materials on many estimates, and theirs had the best material for the most reasonable of prices. They came in, did the work without being overly intrusive (I live in a townhouse so that is key) and did a great job cleaning up the site after they finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs roof work.“
