“Euro Design is a wonderful remodeling company. We had our primary bedroom and bathroom remodeled. Rafael, our designer, did a great design that we loved and was readily available throughout the process. The team of builders were kind, quick and worked as neatly as they could. The renovation went smoothly and with very few issues. If an issue arose, there was no blame game played and the team worked to find a solution that would work for everyone. The renovation has been completed now for 6 months and we are still absolutely thrilled with what Euro Design did for us.“

“We had our master bathroom and powder room remodeled by Blackstone Kitchen & Bath at the same time, and we are delighted with the results for both. Both designs were done by Khalid. He took the time to answer our questions, and help us select items from the showroom that incorporated our tastes while being mindful of our budget. He was also willing to send us some 3D renderings to look at before putting any money down. Our production team consisted of Eko (project manager) and Ernesto (contractor). Ernesto was skillful and efficient in all stages of the remodeling work. Eko kept us apprised of each step for both projects as it became necessary to pivot from the initial plan (see below). However, he kept the projects moving forward, readily answered all our questions and explained what needed to be done when we encountered the issue of the floor not being level. He also took the time to find the grout we wanted, which required driving around to several different locations to find it.

We had a few critiques of the remodeling process: the vanities did take some time to come in (~ 4 weeks); early on it was discovered that one of the vanities was ordered in the wrong color so a replacement was needed, but it took another 4 weeks for it to come in; the shelving unit in the linen closet was on backorder, and it was initially difficult to pin down an exact date of delivery.
Because of the logistics issues, it took a little longer to complete the remodel, and we needed to be proactive with following up to make sure we knew when items were being delivered.

Overall, we are very pleased with the bathrooms and found the staff at Blackstone Kitchen & Bath conscientious, flexible and pleasant to work with.“

“Our sunroom was completed in September 2023 and it has completely transformed our house. We had a wonderful experience working with Maryland Sunrooms. They were recommended by a friend who had used them over 15 years ago, which just goes to show the positive impression that they left. Mike was honest with us from the beginning about the long lead time. He also helped us navigate the process of applying for a variance so that we were able to fully utilize the space on our corner lot despite the inconvenient placement of our house. We didn't even know this was an option, and it made a huge difference. I really liked the use of Smartsheet, which allowed us to see when we could expect certain tasks to be completed. Oscar and Pedro worked on our sunroom and they did a fantastic job. They always arrived early in the morning to get started, and left the job site clean each day. We also had a good experience working with Pete. He was always very responsive to questions. Since the work was completed, we had one issue with one of the windows but they sent someone out the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of adding a sunroom to your home!“

“Amazing Basement Renovation Done By Reliable and Professional Contractors !

After my basement flooded in mid February 2026, I called Nexpro Services in a panic requesting assistance. That same day the deployed a team to my house to mitigate the damage done to the basement. The mitigation crew worked tirelessly that day to rip up and haul out soaking carpet from my fully finished basement. They worked tirelessly until 10 pm that night until they finished hauling all the wet carpet out and had set up fans, dehumidifiers and sensors to monitor the mold and air level qualities. After getting my claim approved through my insurance company I chose to use them for my basement renovation.
Alyssa Diez, project manager for the renovation, was excellent. She texted me updates every evening and called me directly when there was a concern or she needed my input and direction. After meeting with her and explaining what I was looking for she went out of her way to research and bring me paint and flooring samples based on my input. Additionally, she researched and sent me various links and websites to look at and decide which doors, light/fan fixtures and other items I was replacing thus saving me tons of my time and based on my wants narrowing down my choices making the decision process on my end super easy. Her input, eye for design and expertise were invaluable to me. Additionally, her team, the renovation crew, were incredibly respectful of my home. They put down protective floor coverings every morning and thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned up the workspace before leaving each evening. They also made sure that my basement was sealed off from the rest of the house to minimize the noise and the dust, smells etc that came from doing the renovation. Additionally knowing there were things I wanted changed/added the team came up with great ideas and work arounds to ensure I got the basement I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the results.

In summation, from the very beginning, Alyssa Diez PM and Frank Holden Nexpro Services owner were incredibly responsive, professional and, knowledgeable. They provided a clear, detailed estimate and took the time to explain the entire process.
During the project, the crew was always on time, respectful of my property, and kept the workspace clean at the end of every day. I highly recommend Nexpro Services to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled home improvement contractor. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

“What can I say, ripped out a garbage deck and replaced it with this stunning patio. Our crew was awesome. Listened to my concerns/wants and put up with my OCD. Kevin & Kyle, awesome to work with as well. Great product, design and implementation at a fair price. I will use them again when we redo the front stoop and walkway.

“We knew Dun-Rite was the right choice before work ever started. Navigating the 203k loan process can be confusing and it was challenging to find a lender who had enough experience to properly walk us through the process. Bonnie at Dun-Rite spent time going through the process and answering all of our questions. She was great at following up with the lender and really helped move things along. It was above and beyond what you would expect from the contractor’s side of things.

Once work started, things moved quickly. It was clear that Scott is passionate about his work and ensuring that the homeowner has a positive experience. “The very first review of this company cannot be correct. There are many companies with the name "Prestige". I am certain that this review is not for Prestige Home Improvement and Plumbing. I have used this company for 17 years!! Steve and Jim are the lead guys. They are super trustworthy and will not start a job until they know they can finish it. If there should be any kind of delay, you are notified ahead of time and understand why. They finish what they start in a very timely manner. The work is EXCELLENT!! “BEST POOLBUILDER EVER. Louis did quick work, was honest and did not upsell us, and did not subcontract except for concrete. The price was extremely reasonable considering he did most of the work.
The pool simply exudes quality. Louis and his brother was there during most of the construction period doing the work, their team was kind and honest helping us choose what pool would best suit us for our yard.

We had an unrelated issue with our liner outside of our warranty period and he even fixed it for free reimbursing us for the cost of water.“
