Talon Construction Inc. is a trusted business that has been providing residential construction services for over 20 years. The company is known for its friendly and professional service, with a courteous staff that works closely with clients from the initial planning stages to final completion. Its team, led by experienced professionals like Brady and Brian, focuses on creating personalized plans that fit each customer's needs and budget. The company's attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in its efficient renovation process. Recent projects include converting a sunroom into a bedroom, where the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent communication throughout. Clients appreciated how the team kept them informed at every stage and delivered results that exceeded expectations. Additionally, Talon helped renovate a stone rancher built in 1960, involving design, demolition, two additions, and a roof raising to create a large Greatroom with a 14-foot cathedral ceiling and paddle fans. The project also included a complete infrastructure upgrade of plumbing, electrical systems, and replacing the old oil furnace with geothermal heating and air flow ductwork. The team successfully preserved much of the original stonework laid by the client's father, showcasing their professionalism and dedication to quality craftsmanship. Talon Construction continues to earn a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results and customer satisfaction. Recently, they added a first-floor addition to turn a den into a bedroom, along with replacing kitchen floors and adding a pantry, all completed with helpful guidance throughout. They also finished a beautiful sunroom and master bathroom remodel, working closely with clients to develop a design that exceeded expectations, with the final cost slightly under the original estimate. The team’s attention to detail and professionalism earned high praise. Furthermore, Talon renovated two bathrooms about 16 or 17 years ago, and recently replaced a small, dated kitchen and dining room, completing the work right before Thanksgiving to allow for a joyful holiday. Most recently, they removed a dilapidated porch and saved the roof, creating a lovely, open, and peaceful new porch. Talon Construction continues to be recognized for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Added a bedroom to first floor 18x26 including large walk-in closet and full bathroom total time of project approximately 6 1/2 months including 6 wks of bad winter weather good communication from design to finish they have a core of there own long time employees and are aligned with some outstanding contractors I highly recommend them
I had a spare room converted into a more functional home office, mainly by improving the storage, lighting, and overall layout. The room previously had a desk and a few pieces of furniture but didn't feel particularly organized. Adding built-in shelving and changing the lighting made a noticeable difference. I also had the flooring updated, which helped tie everything together. The biggest improvement is that there is now enough dedicated storage to keep paperwork and other items from taking over the workspace. The finished room feels much more comfortable and practical for spending several hours working there.
If I could give Talon Construction more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, coordinated, and incredibly knowledgeable. They somehow turned what is typically a very stressful process into a smooth and collaborative one.
We interviewed nine contractors before choosing Talon for what started as a three-bathroom and kitchen renovation and ultimately evolved into a full gut renovation of our home. Talon stood out immediately as the most professional and detail-oriented team we met.
