“I truly can't say enough positive things about Hank and HH Homes. We had a major issue in my house with a bathfitter that was never installed properly. We had water damage and water was pouring to our first floor from the poorly constructed bathfitter. From the get go, Hank was really prompt with his responses and willingness to come take a look. Other companies I talked to were not very responsive, and even sent quotes missing details we discussed. Hank was responsive, detail oriented, and up for the challenge of the unique and non standard tile choices we had. We converted the bathfitter/tub into a standalone shower, and the result is an awesome spa-like finish that is exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Hank and HH Homes for any remodeling project! I will definitely be calling him again for future projects.“
“I would 100% refer Rolando and Sterling General Contractor to others, and will continue to hire him for future work at our home. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring tasks were not only completed, but done correctly ensured me this was a solid investment. Construction always has bumps along the way like permits and items unseen when work gets on its way but Rolando was always impeccable with his communication and his hard work and extra hours when needed did not go unnoticed. On a personal note, It pleased me that he took a little moment each day to play with my dog and ensure she was safe while they worked (she didn’t like the loud noises). “Key City Contractors did a great job on various home improvement projects from replacing a set of exterior stairs, repairing wood siding, deck boards and exterior door painting including new door seals.Interior projects included painting kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, installing new pulls, replacing insulation and general painting. They also coordinated replacing hot water heater, reconfiguring water filter piping and installing new light fixtures. Oh and wait there's more.... they also installed metal railings on my interior staircase replacing the wood pickets... love them!Key City was responsive and made sure I was happy with the work completed. I'm having them come back for a new honey-do list in the Spring!“
“This is my second review for this company. Two years ago, we engaged their services to remodel our home-built porch into a modern and beautiful sunroom, to build us a side porch to cover an exit door that had no cover, and to replace our bow window and front door with units of higher quality. They did a beautiful job transforming all of these. They worked quickly, showed up reliably, kept us informed, and cleaned up after themselves daily. We were so impressed by this company, we recently hired them again to do some extensive remodeling of our home. This time we had them make some major changes to several areas of our property. These areas included our basement in-law apartment, new vinyl siding, renewing our exterior foundation walls, replacing our kitchen and garage entry doors, installing new windows, and they designed and built a unique and beautiful backyard bridge out of Azek composite deck boards to function as an overpass to our pet kennel. The bridge is super strong and stable and is one of a kind. It adds beauty to our backyard much like a statute would. The work they did in the in-law apartment was meticulous. They reinforced and updated the wall material with fiber-reinforced panels, replaced the shabby French door with a quality one that actually seals out the elements completely, and replaced and added several interior doors and frames that had been worn out or missing. The outside of our house looks amazing with the new siding, modern windows, and painted foundation. Like the in-law apartment, the siding of the house required a lot of detail work these guys had to do, but they accomplished all of it without any trouble. In fact, the extent of our contract was broad, asking them to do a multitude of unrelated things. This company is not only professional, it is composed of talented and skilled people that can do any job you ask of them and do it well. My husband and I already have more work for Kiser and Sons to do on our home next year. As far as we are concerned, they are the best contractors in Central Maryland. We are thankful to have found them, and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for hard working, highly skilled, and honest people to get the job done.“

“We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. We desperately needed more storage space. Nogales design kitchen and bath assigned us two project managers and they were amazing. They helped us with the design, recommended options to maximize our storage space and added a spa feel to our almost 30 year old bathroom. They replaced a pocket door and added customized cabinetry that gave us more than enough storage space. Nogales design kitchen and Bath kept us apprised of everything that was happening with the remodel, and everyone who came to the house to work was very professional, polite and nice. They did a fabulous job of working on the design and colors for our bathroom. The project managers always let us know who would be coming in to work on specific days.
