They were recommended by a friend who had used them over 15 years ago, which just goes to show the positive impression that they left. Mike was honest with us from the beginning about the long lead time. He also helped us navigate the process of applying for a variance so that we were able to fully utilize the space on our corner lot despite the inconvenient placement of our house. We didn't even know this was an option, and it made a huge difference. I really liked the use of Smartsheet, which allowed us to see when we could expect certain tasks to be completed. Oscar and Pedro worked on our sunroom and they did a fantastic job. They always arrived early in the morning to get started, and left the job site clean each day. We also had a good experience working with Pete. He was always very responsive to questions. Since the work was completed, we had one issue with one of the windows but they sent someone out the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of adding a sunroom to your home!“

“What can I say, ripped out a garbage deck and replaced it with this stunning patio. Our crew was awesome. Listened to my concerns/wants and put up with my OCD. Kevin & Kyle, awesome to work with as well. Great product, design and implementation at a fair price. I will use them again when we redo the front stoop and walkway.

Steffen from Meisterbuilders did an incredible job modifying our custom red birch cabinetry to accommodate a full-size model. He handled everything seamlessly—picking up the cabinet, performing the precision work at his shop, and reinstalling it just a week later. “We chose Hauptman Builders to bring our fully accessible home from the drawing board to the hanging of a 2 man mirror on our move in day. We heard of them through a realtor who worked with them for another client. They gave Hauptman glowing reviews which were fully met and justified with our build.

We cannot speak highly enough about the team of craftsmen that work for Hauptman. They are professional, personable and highly skilled individuals that gave our home many small but important custom finishes that we enjoy daily. Custom finishing and materials takes time to put into place and cannot be rushed.

Hauptman has been in the business of building for decades and has solid relationships with all of the subcontractors required to build a home. This also attests to the type of builder that Hauptman is. When we had an issue post build with our fireplace, the contractor immediately came out and resolved it for us, replacing the defective part. First class service all the way.

When we realized after our roof had been fully shingled that we needed a patio cover/roof for shade, Bill drew up 4 different options for us to choose from and seamlessly attached the sloped patio roof to our existing home structure. It looks like it was part of the original design and not the after thought that it was.

Hauptman is a builder that values integrity in everything that they say and do. Their prices are very fair for this locale's market.

Bill and team demonstrated a patience working with my needs for handicap features throughout our home and exceeded all of our expectations.
