“I found Karen, owner of Completely Fit, the Summer of 2022. I was looking to recover from an illness that nearly took my life January 2022. I’m normally a very active person and the recovery was not going well. Karen tested me that day and it was clear I was not ready. Tho my heart wanted to get to work that Summer, it would be another year plus before I could get started.
The Spring of 2024 I was ready…well my heart was but it was clear my body and all my systems had really taken a hit.
I would have never been able to do what Karen has done for me in my recovery the last 6 month.
Her knowledge of how the body works is to be noted. Her understanding of how everything works together is really amazing and I have learned so much! More than that, my body has started to heal! Sometimes it’s two steps forward and one step back but Karen is always there to encourage and to point out where I started from! She has become my biggest supporter in my recovery and her genuine care and support is truly a gift! I’m not sure I can ever repay her for the teaching about what we are doing and the why instead of just do this exercise .
