Great communication and service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Mr. Conboy was attentive and there for us if we had any questions, and the experienced team of Matt and Ryan were great to work with. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and with skill. We had a total bathroom demolition and rebuild and the results are stunning. The team from Conboy’s Construction made the entire process easy. We will be using them again on more projects and will be recommending them to everyone we know. The most impressive things about working with Tom Conboy on the complete renovation of our two bathrooms were his honesty, his integrity, and his professionalism. From the start, he will explain to you what you can do, what you may not need to do, and what your various options are in terms of cost and quality. His estimate (among the four we got) was neither the highest nor the lowest, but was in all respects a fair one, and he stuck to his estimate and did not add on other costs as his team worked, although it would have been reasonable to do so. The most impressive things about working with Tom Conboy on the complete renovation of our two bathrooms were his honesty, his integrity, and his professionalism. From the start, he will explain to you what you can do, what you may not need to do, and what your various options are in terms of cost and quality. His estimate (among the four we got) was neither the highest nor the lowest, but was in all respects a fair one, and he stuck to his estimate and did not add on other costs as his team worked, although it would have been reasonable to do so. He maintained excellent communication, always promptly responsive and thorough when we had questions or needed to contact him (no small thing when you're undergoing a renovation). His tiling team, of Dean and his son Damir, were absolute professionals at every turn. They were prompt, respectful of us and our home, and kept us informed up to the minute of what they were doing, and asking our input if choices were to be made. They were two of the most efficient, hard-working artists (and we use the term intentionally) we have ever had working on our home. Their work was consistently of the very highest quality. Tom came by frequently to check on their work, and always kept us apprised of options and progress as well. We were never pressured to do things we didn't want. We have already spoken to Tom about renovation of our kitchen, and would give no thought to ever working with any other contractor. Compared to other contracting experiences we have had over the years, this one was a breeze. Hence, we have already recommended Conboy's Home Improvement Co. to friends, and will continue to do so, and have told him to feel free to use us as references. Have no qualms about contracting with this extremely professional company.
