appointment was at 9:30 a.m. showed up no air. it's been like 110° with the heat factor and no air. The owner was late and rudely says I'm turning the air on now. so I said I wanted to reschedule for the next day at 10:30 a.m. so I could have at least some air conditioning on. hello some of us have menopause you know. anyway, The owner says if I reschedule for later in the day I may have to wait in case she has someone ahead of you ( quite rudely I should say). I rescheduled anyway but I'm thinking what's the point of making an appointment if you can't guarantee it, so you're saying no matter what appointment I make I might have to wait? I guess that's not what I call customer service.
I’ve been to most of the spas in Mount Airy. but have been very pleased with the service at Sophia nail spa. got my Mani Pedi by Becky, and she did a great job! She is gentle and careful. Would highly recommend.
