Alec Atkins was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and polite. Really enjoyed his personality and expertise. He was there to serve the customers as he listened to what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Purchased a bay window (which turned out beautifully) and wanted to use the same company for doing the rest of the windows in the house. Definitely recommend this company and Alec Atkins for your home improvement needs.

After submitting a quote for roof damage, due to storm and winds, Ernesto at Empire Home Remodeling Inc responded within 15-30 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for inspection and a new roof was replaced the following day. The company provided a good price and were prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Professional, polite, honest, thorough. We had an estimate on our roof to see whether there was any damage during a recent weather event that had high winds. We reached out to a few companies. Ernesto arrived on time and was very professional. He could have very well told us we needed a new roof just to get the job, but instead he was honest with us and told us exactly how long we could go until we needed a new roof.
