“The best vet yet. If you’re looking for a facility that cares about your pet this is the best. We called last minute for an emergency and were told to come in to see the doctor. Doctor Parker was transparent with the pros and cons of the surgery. Needless to say he performed emergency surgery on my dog for intestinal mass removal. The surgery was a success and we are grateful to have come across this facility. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming and they are affordable versus other vets who can barely explain what is going on with your pet.“

My pups are usually very scared of the vet, but Dr. Cujdik, Joey, and Sara were so gentle, patient, and loving with them. They took their time to make my dogs feel safe and comfortable, and by the end of the visit, my babies were completely relaxed. That alone meant everything to me. “I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

“Dr. Rick Paynter has been a true blessing to our family. My wife and I have two one-year-old female kittens — a Ragdoll (mink) and a domestic shorthair — and our experience with him and his team has been outstanding.

At our first visit, we brought in our Ragdoll who was a little underweight. Although the cargo shipping created headaches, the CPM team helped make this experience less stressful. “We take our three dogs to Countryside, and have worked with every vet there now during the past three years. Always very happy with the above and beyond service from the vets, the techs, and the front of the house staff who are friendly and helpful every visit. I almost hate referring people to Countryside because they are frequently busy and it can be a challenge to get appointments - although on several occasions now when one of my dogs has an immediate problem they have accommodated us for same-day visits. We trust them with the lives of our cherished ladies - I'm not sure there can be a higher compliment than that.“
