“I want to commend our technician, Dawson Jewel, we had a routine servicing on our furnace, while Dawson was feeling out his paperwork outside our neighbor came running out of the house her husband was in trouble. Dawson quickly went into action and began CPR on our neighbor who wasn’t breathing. Dawson was able to revive him he is alive today because of him. Dawson kept his composure during the whole process and continued to finish up the service call for us. He is a true hero and should be recognized as one. I called another local company for a second opinion and that tech wound up letting out a lot of my Freon. When my ac started blowing warm Frank came out the same day I called him and got the system back up. His prices are reasonable and his advice is great. He will be my go to from now on for HVAC work.“
