Capps Mechanical LLC
“Capps Mechanical installed a new Mitsubishi split unit air conditioning and heating system in my house in May 2025. I am writing now because I wanted to give the system time to operate over warm and cool weather. In the year since installation, the system has operated perfectly and I can say unequivocally that Capps Mechanical did an excellent job at a competitive price. This is a family-run business that demonstrated care and attention to detail. Young Mr. Capps came from Solomons Island, MD to Washington, DC to do the estimate. The workers came on time, and took great care with my 100 year-old house. The installation was excellent, including the office staff Jennifer and Evelyn, who were good to work with. In an environment in which customer service can't always be depended upon, Capps Mechanical did a great job and I would hire them again.”
