It has been an absolute pleasure working with Chuck and Your Memories Remembered! I’m a wedding photographer and videographer, and one of my clients recently requested to have their wedding video put onto a DVD. Since this isn’t a service I typically offer, I started searching Google and Reddit for a reliable company to handle something so important. I could’ve tried a DIY converter setup, but when it comes to irreplaceable wedding footage, I knew it was best left to a professional.
From the moment I reached out, Chuck was incredibly kind, quick to respond, and thorough— he explained everything clearly and in a way that made it easy for me to pass along the details to my client. He made the whole process smooth from start to finish, and even went above and beyond by including multiple copies of the video files on each DVD so that if one ever gets scratched, there are backups built right in. Such a thoughtful extra step that truly makes these discs last a lifetime.
The final DVDs turned out beautifully, and my clients were thrilled. I can’t recommend Your Memories Remembered enough for anyone looking to have their precious memories preserved with genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail!!

Erica was very quick to respond to all of my questions and gave me the best quote for a move-out clean compared to the other folks I reached out to. Very easy to schedule, too. They were able to take care of everything without me there and accepted payment remotely. She even offered to send pictures when they were done. My old apartment was super gross with all of the grime that comes from living with five animals, but they did a great job and now you can't even tell!

We have spent the last 9 months working with different contractors and businesses to rebuild our house after a major fire. Randy at Clarks was very helpful during the process of determining which carpeting and padding would be meet our needs. He ensured he had the materials way ahead of when the house would be ready for carpet. We scheduled the install only to have to postpone twice because the contractor got behind schedule. Again, Randy was very helpful and accommodating. We had the carpet installed over a day and a half period. The installers showed up on time, stayed late to stay on schedule, and did a good job with install. The carpet looks great and feels wonderful to walk on. Randy came to check on the installation both days to ensure things were on track. Clarks Flooring was one of a few of the many businesses that did what we paid them to do without us having to continually prod them. Clarks was the only business that went the extra mile to provide great customer service as well. If you need any type of flooring, I highly recommend you go to Clarks Flooring.

I just wanted comment on the wonderful customer service I received today at the California and Hollywood locations. I needed a few pieces of flooring to match what I had purchased from Griffin a few years back. I called and spoke with Tyler and he suggested I check at the Hollywood warehouse the gentlemen there were both very helpful and managed to find a damaged box with enough for what I needed free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find that kind of service. Thank you!
I went for the first time and I'm glad I did. Marie did my box braids. She's so nice and very professional. My hair turned out amazing. The salon is beautiful and clean. This is the cleanest braiding salon I've ever been in. I highly recommend and will definitely return anytime for my braids and twists.
