Absolutely 5 Star Service! I had guests who spotted a mouse! I had recently had work done outside which may have been the reason for the visitor. Of course I was mortified! I called Mr. Gaynor and he was very responsive (on a Saturday!) He was helpful, professional, clean, and friendly. He went around and UNDER the house with baits and traps. I’ll come back with an update, but so far I am confident that the problem will be solved.

Today, I had a dental appointment for a cleaning. I was nicely greeted upon entering the establishment. Within minutes, Val, the Dental Hygienist, called me back for my appointment. Val is exceptional. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, gentle in her care and compassionate, Val takes the worry and anxiety out of the equation of going to the dentist. Through her kindness and skill as a dental hygienist she put me at ease and my appointment went smoothly. It is always a pleasure to see and speak with Val. Dr Strouth is exceptional in many ways! Not only is she very knowledgeable and technically adept, she is compassionate and has an caring "chair-side" manner. Before finding her practice, I had a terrible experience at another local dentist (resulting in damage to my jaw). Dr Strouth met with me, calmed my fears and concerns, and came up with a plan of action to meet all my dental health needs. We have spent the last 9 months working with different contractors and businesses to rebuild our house after a major fire. Randy at Clarks was very helpful during the process of determining which carpeting and padding would be meet our needs. He ensured he had the materials way ahead of when the house would be ready for carpet. We scheduled the install only to have to postpone twice because the contractor got behind schedule. Again, Randy was very helpful and accommodating. We had the carpet installed over a day and a half period. The installers showed up on time, stayed late to stay on schedule, and did a good job with install. The carpet looks great and feels wonderful to walk on. Randy came to check on the installation both days to ensure things were on track. Clarks Flooring was one of a few of the many businesses that did what we paid them to do without us having to continually prod them. Clarks was the only business that went the extra mile to provide great customer service as well. If you need any type of flooring, I highly recommend you go to Clarks Flooring.

I've been using Adams Lawn Care for almost 1 years now and they have done a wonderful job for me. My lawn is not the easiest to mow, it has a lot of uneven ruts, thick mounds of weeds and suck and is always very wet and swampy in spots due to the property being on an island. There's a good section of yard the previous renter stopped mowing and became overgrown with bushes and such. I mentioned what happened to it to them but never asked them to try to reclaim it. They did anyway, little by little cutting it back each time until I got back a lot more yard than I had before and never charged me extra for doing it! I thought that was extremely nice of them! They do a great job of trimming and the yard always looks great when they're done. I've been nothing but happy with their work since using them! I never have problems reaching them or scheduling work and they are always pleasant to deal with. The cost is more than fair and I've always gotten more from them than what they've charged me for, is my feeling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care service. If I had a negative experience I would definitely list it here for others to know about as I would appreciate that kind of heads up as well! I just haven't had anything negative happen while using them. Again, I thought their charges were more than fair, I'm always pleased with their work and their pleasant demeanor. They aren't bossy or rude, just nice to work with. Give them a try!

I was on a payment plan for services given a few years ago, and made an extra payment. Johnson's Plumbing sent the extra payment back to me. A very honest and knowledgeable company.
The whole staff is lovely and has great attention to detail! I have been struggling to find a nail salon where my cuticles weren’t cut up when they were removing my old gel polish or that my nails chipped one or two days after I got them done. But Kelly and Vu are amazing! My nails are staying beautiful!Thank you guys!!!

Can't believe I didn't find this place until now. My son was in need of a haircut and the wife mentioned this place and said they take walk ins. I called and spoke with the owner and he said if we could get up there quick he could take him in. Gave my dude probably the freshest cut he's ever had and really took his time to make sure he got it right. Communication with an 11 year old can be tough putting into words exactly what they want, and he asked all the right questions and nailed it. Only one other barber working at the time but both were super friendly and easy to talk to. The vibe of the shop was definitely warm and not uncomfortable at all. Nice location as well. If you end up reading this Rick, thank you. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I just wanted comment on the wonderful customer service I received today at the California and Hollywood locations. I needed a few pieces of flooring to match what I had purchased from Griffin a few years back. I called and spoke with Tyler and he suggested I check at the Hollywood warehouse the gentlemen there were both very helpful and managed to find a damaged box with enough for what I needed free of charge. It’s so refreshing to find that kind of service. Thank you!

This is the cleanest braiding salon I've ever been in. I highly recommend and will definitely return anytime for my braids and twists.
