roof deck leak Jan 2024. flat roof DC, duradeck material. and door frame rotted out. Great response from OnTarget, walked us through options. Did repairs about 2 weeks later when got materials. had some (minor) issues, they just did what was required with no fuss. cleaned up excellent. need test of time to insure all problems fixed, but they were so confident they went ahead and patched up/painted inside ceiling drywall wet spots & cover by warranty if find issues with future rain. OnTarget Remodeling did a fantastic job on our roof! They were super easy to work with, prompt with their communications, and paid great attention to detail. They also found a number of damaged boards, which they quickly replaced. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend them!!

I had a positive experience with OnTarget Remodeling, and I highly recommend them. They replaced the DuraDek lining and water-damaged wood on my rooftop deck on time and within estimate. The team had to climb up and down on a ladder to access my fourth-floor roof top deck. The owner gave me options and helped me to reach a decision on the scope of work. His supervisor and team of workers were very polite, performed the work with skill and precision, and left the deck clean at the end of each day. I am very pleased with how the deck looks.
