For our first DC row home (built in 1907), AJ carried out a major floor repair (rotting subfloor and joists of a cantilevered portion of the dining room), a whole kitchen renovation that involved removing part of the original back wall and consolidating original house with 1st floor addition footprint, whole renovation of three and a half bathrooms, a whole basement renovation, and buildout of multiple new closets, both large (8 ft) and small(3 ft).
He also recently completed a whole DC freestanding house renovation (built in 1927) for us that involved removing a first floor load-bearing wall to create a open kitchen/dining space, tearing down an addition and building it again from ground up, and creating four new bedrooms, a laundry room, one new bathroom. He also renovated two and a half existing bathrooms and the basement as well.
