Alex and his team did a fantastic job of giving our deck a face lift. We initially thought about changing everything to composite with aluminum railing, but that was beyond our budget. Alex came back to us with a proposal that delivered virtually the same effect within our means. We didn’t realize that by tweaking the color slightly, the materials cost could drop dramatically—and in the end we liked the color he proposed better than the one we originally picked out. By keeping our original wooden spindles and changing out only the old wooden railing tops, floorboards, and fascia, we got a a deck that looked new for a price that fit our purse. Thank you Alex for the great idea!
Once Alex’s team removed the deck’s old floorboards, some safety issues became apparent: whoever had worked on that deck before we bought the house had cut corners. Alex drew these issues to our attention and fixed them. Thank you for your conscientiousness!

They also did a great job replacing our shutters. Between the deck face lift and the new shutters, our house looks like new. I had an amazing experience with Eric Bonner at Majestic Gentleman’s Barbershop. He did an excellent job cutting my daughter’s hair and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free for her. Eric was patient, gentle, and took the time to really listen to what we wanted. He explained what he was doing, paid close attention to detail, and made sure her hair came out neat, stylish, and age-appropriate.

I found this company on an ad in the Nextdoor app. I reached out and requested a quote. They immediately called me to setup an appointment to come see my garage and give me a quote.
The salesman who came out was very professional and pleasant to speak with. I bargained with him back and forth and I worked to get the price down from their initial quote for my garage which was around $8500 just for the garage ~450ish square feet. Never accept the first price. Always negotiate!
I ended up getting the price down to around $4500 if I paid a deposit of ~$1500 that day. Plus the remaining in full once the work was completed. I agreed to that price with the addition of getting my entryway path done included.
I scheduled my appointment in August and the closest available date was the end of October.
When the date finally came the crew showed up prompt and communicated beforehand their ETA.
The crew was very professional and were very good at their job. They have an incredible process of completing garage floors. The total time from start to finish was about 7 hours before it was time to wait for it to cure properly. It looked really good afterwords and even better once it was fully cured. There was a bit of a strong smell for a couple days but it has since gotten better.
Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with this team. I would recommend them to others as long as you can get a competitive price. I believe they offer financing but personally I wouldn’t go that route.

Finally a reputable doggy daycare in my area! I was so frustrated looking for a place to bring my puppy that wasn’t in DC proper but close enough for me to include in my 2x a week commute to the city. Central Bark ended up being the best place! Not only can my puppy safely engage with others but I also get a much needed break and the CUTEST update with a report card at pickup.
The instructor was very professional. He went over and beyond with my teen son and he passed his learner the first time. My 3 daughters as well as I went to his instructional school, the outcome is one of my daughters have CDL , Hazzard Licence,etc and works for a highly known company.
