Donell with Taylor Equipment was great. He was able to get all 4 broken grills up and running for our location right before the weekend. He has been very helpful, professional and efficient each time he has come to service any equipment at this location! Will be requesting him in the future.

A Taylor tech was at our shop today for a few machines giving us troubles (Damian K.). I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. Very informative! Learned things I was never taught that I can pass on to the rest of the team! Damian also listened to concerns & answered several questions regarding machines that did not pertain to the machine(s) to be worked on today. Hands down... Kerry & Lance will always be my go to repair men for taylor.... they listen to your concerns, they dont blow you off and they are willing to go the extra mile even if it means explaining something a little further than someone else! they both know my machinery is in its geriatric stage and know how to sweet talk them into just a few more months and for that i truly appreciate them!
