PRS provide a great community for individuals disable. However due to staff low economic status there is alot of jealousy amongst staff v. Consumers. Many of the staff have no experience in ownership. Which leads to misdirection, misinformation, and wasting funds. Many staff members lack education. So they misguide the consumer. I think it would benefit the company to hire retired individuals with a background in mental health, communication and health. The pay isn't the greatest. But, retirees aren't interested in pay they do it as a hobby. They have young adolescent in management and their trying but this company has broke so many laws, policies, and regulations recently....read full review
