“I called early on a Monday morning after noticing the AC was not working, they asked if they had installed my unit 5-6 years ago and would call around lunchtime to schedule a technician to come out. Around 11 am Mike gave me a call and said he would be out as soon as the rain let up. He arrived about a half hour later and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, which was replaced under warranty and checked the freon and topped off the unit.
