“This was our family’s fifth time using Raymond’s funeral. From my first call and then going to the funeral home to make arrangements, We were well taken care of. Casey took my phone call very early on a Saturday morning and made sure everything went very smoothly. The staff that came to my house was very respectful and showed compassion and caring for my loved one. Going into the funeral home and speaking with Diana and making arrangements we could not have been better taken care of. The day of my mom’s services again I could not have asked for two better people. The young lady, I feel bad I can’t remember her name was very good. She made sure everything was taken care of And helped with a few things that were needed. The older gentleman was very polite and again made sure everything was taken care of. We have a lot of options in Charles County for funeral services and in my opinion, Raymond’s is the best.“

“Our Mom passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026. We wanted to have her funeral on Friday, March 20, but almost every funeral home in the Mechanicsville, La Plata, Waldorf area said we would have to wait for 2 weeks, which would not have worked out for us because of time constraints with our beloved Priest being available to perform the funeral mass, and it would have been held on the same day that my son passed away, 17 years ago, which I didn't want. Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, P A., in Waldorf, Maryland came to our rescue. Mr. Tonic and his staff were wonderful! He was accommodating, compassionate, and respectful. He said he might have to rearrange his schedule but he would make it happen for us. His staff treated our Mom with dignity and respect. He gave us a preview of our Mom after they prepared her so if we didn't like how they did her hair and makeup, his staff would make any corrections or changes. They made our Mom look so pretty.
