I recently lost my father and my Mom had been to a couple services at Raymond and wanted to consider having my father's service there. After dropping in to speak to someone, we knew that was the right fit for our family needs without even having a formal introduction. Throughout the process, Mr. Bart Yates was phenomenal to work with. Everyone that we interacted with was wonderful. We were able to give my father a service that properly honored him and that he would have loved. I cannot thank Raymond Funeral Home enough for their compassion and professionalism during an absolutely devastating time for my Mom and I.
This was our family’s fifth time using Raymond’s funeral. From my first call and then going to the funeral home to make arrangements, We were well taken care of. Casey took my phone call very early on a Saturday morning and made sure everything went very smoothly. The staff that came to my house was very respectful and showed compassion and caring for my loved one. Going into the funeral home and speaking with Diana and making arrangements we could not have been better taken care of.
