Our kitchen had a growing cockroach issue mostly at night around the stove and sink area, which was really uncomfortable. The technician inspected behind appliances and inside cabinets rather than just spraying open spaces. He used gel bait and treated hidden drainage points where moisture was collecting. The process didn’t create a strong smell and we could stay at home normally. We didn’t see instant results, but after three to four days the number dropped noticeably and after a week they were gone. Booking updates could be faster, but the treatment itself was done in a professional and careful way.

I had an excellent experience with Complete Pest Solutions. I called them late in the day, just before 5 PM, after noticing several bees burrowing into the mulch near the front of the house. There were multiple holes in the front mulch area that seemed to appear very quickly, and since this was right near the front door, I wanted it looked at right away.

Mohammed came out immediately and was very professional. He inspected the area, explained everything clearly, and confirmed they were not wasps, but burrowing bees. He took care of what needed to be handled and made the whole process easy and reassuring.

I heard some suspicious noises in my attic and COMPLETE PEST SOLUTIONS came out to inspect the situation promptly. They inspected inside and along the roof line. They even inspected the bees that were nesting around the house and confirmed they were not harmful. They recommended treatment for mice and left me with a sense of relief that the problem wasn't more severe. Great outcome from them. Very knowledgeable and helped educate me!
