“Mid Atlantic put in a fence around our back yard back in 2011. We were so pleased with their work that we just had them replace our old wooden pool fence. The sales person went above and beyond to design a special gate for our breezeway in addition to the the pool fence and arranged for repairs to the original fence they had installed - repairs needed from tree damage.
We were only a few months out from a large graduation party when we decided to replace the old pool fence. Our sales person contacted the factory regularly and kept us updated. The pool fence was complete prior to the party!

“Reliable Construction exceeded my expectations! I was so pleased with the final results: more beautiful than I had hoped for!

After obtaining 5 different estimates to add a porch onto the front of my house, I choose Reliable for two reasons: 1) A neighbor had hired them and gave positive feedback; 2) Very reasonably priced compared to others.

I was so pleased with the price, that I asked Kelvin if he could do more work on the house for me, and he agreed! I now have new insulated siding, a new roof, new gutters and a new front concrete sidewalk in addition to the wonderful porch that has electrical outlets and a lighted-ceiling fan! The fan makes all the difference!

What impressed me most was how Kelvin met all my needs, and made suggestions to improve on my plans. I really felt as though we we're a team! And then he surprised me with little extras like detailed crown molding, tying the new gutters into the existing underground release pipes and adding a few extra feet length on the sidewalk that really made a difference ! Some ground leveling and planting grass seed from where I had the tree removed was another nice surprise!

“Old deck got destroyed by a falling tree during a storm and I got recommended these guys by a friend. Brandon came out and made the process of getting a new deck built very easy. He wrote up an estimate the same afternoon he arrived and quickly priced out any additional options we were considering. The building crew only took a collective 4 days to finish the new deck (would have been faster without the periodic storms we were getting) and the final product looks amazing!“
