“Ray is a top rate artist and a really good guy, and is highly skilled in design, line work and exceptional at shading. I went to see Ray after a middling experience from a well-known DC artist for a full sleeve. Ray was able to completely transform my half-done sleeve to a true work of art that is seamless in flow. Prior, it was not well connected, line work was uneven and collapsing in some area and the shading was not cohesive.<br><br>Ray pulled it together completely and I absolutely love what he did. I recommend him completely and without hesitation. And for those that think you’ve got to go DC for a top end tattoo you don’t. Hit Ray up. He is the best in the DMV.”
