A+ experience with Victoria the piercer yesterday! I needed help with a downsize + jewelry change and had the most pleasant experience with Victoria. Not only is she gentle, but she genuinely cares about clients having successful piercings. She educated me about different jewelry types and took the time to explain why certain types are better for healing. When it came to the actual jewelry change itself, she verbalized every step to me so that I knew what was happening. I've seen 6 different piercers before for various piercings and this experience has been the best one yet.
I went in for a navel piercing with Leo and had such a great experience! He was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. He explained the entire aftercare process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He even made light conversation to calm my nerves, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their experience. He was honestly very gentle, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
So so impressed. I was planning to get my navel pierced, but the consultation proved it was unsafe. Regardless, the consultation was not overwhelming, and Leo was so so sweet and pierced my septum instead. Such a welcoming, comforting, and cool experience. :) Will definitely be back for more piercings and tattoos!!
