“Absolutely zero complains. First time customer, website is nice and user friendly , I followed Ryan on instagram to monitor when his books were open. Easy to submit an idea, then Ryan reached out and a month later delivered an awesome American Traditional piece packed with solid bold lines and color saturation. Ryan is very easy to talk and communicate with and very professional and worked the tattoo design to fit perfectly with existing tattoos. Shop is nice and clear , and the rest of the staff/co-owners I interacted with were great. Will absolutely try to get tattoo here again“
