First visit. One person measured the oil, tank full. And had me turn the furnace on.. then he leftSecond visit a few day later we were topped off (25gal) so that took care of our first fill at a discount even thoughIt was reported full.3rd visit inspection per our new contract had us turn Off the furnace due to a hole in some part. But we used the furnace for a week with no problem… but smelling oil that I told 1st visit person.Didn’t even know a delivery was coming since visit 1 reported it fullWhy would you top it off before an inspection?Because its cheaper for Griffith to take advantage of less gallons at the discount?So now I have a full tank sitting there and...read full review
