I started seeing Dr Robinson at this facility because Security Medical Clinic became a freaking messy place to go.Dr R retired, I stayed and seen Dr Heleski, she retired, so I saw Nurse Furr (the BEST). Loved her. But now she has left.For anyone looking for nice staff, not long wait times, please visit Hunt Valley location.But by all means, avoid White Marsh- rude "people" and very unprofessional! And avoid the one near Security Mall also. I don't know what happened there but they are rude af now also. Just read the reviews!We do NOT have to take any of this!! These "people" went to school , probable for free, got an education but do not really want to work!! Why are there no white people working these clinics? Why no latinos or asians? You see what happens when standards are lowered and kids are pushed thru the system. You get "people" like these rude mfrs for hiring! They get no reprimands, no firing?? Ridiculous that sick, anxious, nervous people come to see the Dr, and the doctors staff is like a visit in a penitentiary!!!!! Find out who is in charge of LIFEBRIDGE, get these offices closed down and staffs gone! They do not belong in medical fields!“

“Easy to set up an appointment, nice location with parking spaces. My doctor is friendly and professional and is patient to listen to what I situation etc. etc. The only thing, is that it is hard to get a call back if you leave a message, maybe they are too busy.“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Beth is truly a life saver and extremely knowledgeable about her field. I experienced my first case of head lice with my child and called Beth who answered the phone right away. She was able to get in me the same day and accommodate my whole family to be checked as well. Her communicated is very good and makes sure you know exactly where her location is. Her place is decorated so well and you feel so comfortable as soon as you enter the door. My children were able to pick at a movie and watch it on a nice sized television when Beth checked their heads. I learned so much more information about lice than the internet could ever provide. She showed me how to properly inspect each head and what to look for. Her patience is so incredible and is so calm while explaining every step. By the time we left, I felt like I gained a new friend. Her prices, products, and availability were by far the best. She has many different forms of payment too. I loved how she had children as well and was once in my situation. Thank you so much Beth for everything you did for our family and for a first time mom going through this. I am so glad to have came upon your business and will be recommending anyone who needs your service and will be returning if we ever (and I hope we don't) have a case of this again. “I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my recent visit to GBMC. I arrived at the Emergency Room on the morning of Monday, July 14, 2025, after experiencing severe, nausea, and difficulty walking without nearly falling. From the very first GBMC staff member I encountered through to my discharge on July 16, 2025, every person I interacted with was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The team on Unit 45 was exceptional. Their care and kindness helped make a difficult time much easier, and I want to extend a special thank you to the physical therapist, who played a crucial role in helping me begin to recover from the effects of vertigo. I was especially impressed by the new discharge room, which made the transition home much more comfortable. The heated and massage chairs were a wonderful touch, and being able to have something to eat while waiting for my ride was greatly appreciated. This experience only reinforced what I already knew—GBMC is an excellent hospital. All three of my children were born at GBMC, so this place already holds a special meaning to me. I also want to compliment the food, which was truly above average—especially compared to what I’ve experienced at other hospitals and medical facilities. “I have a handful of significant medical conditions. When my gifted primary care doctor recently retired, options for even minimally decent primary care appeared terrifyingly bleak.
In my few months of knowing him, Dr. Nayak has been everything I could ask for and more. He is clearly brilliant, is pursuing various issues with insight and thoughtfulness — and also with great kindness. My recent phone contact with his partner Dr. Dahlman was also notably thoughtful and caring.
These two doctors share their calls.There is no behemoth of “central scheduling” but rather office staff who come to know you. Apparently they understand and embrace the care of people who are medically complicated.
