“im back with another bc i had an exceptionally pleasant experience today with Bri at Pawesome Palace. i have recently relocated to another state after being a 3+year client of Bri's with my mini goldendoodle. i was running behind schedule today due to some unexpected circumstances & i communicated to Bri what was going on & that i would cancel bc i didnt wanna hold her up but to my very very pleasant surprise, Bri said that she would wait for us. now understand that Bri KNOWSSSSSSS i only bring my dog to her so coming from out of state to literally get my dog groomed by her was no surprise obviously lol i was running 1hour 30mins behind and Bri waited and was very understanding ! she groomed my dog perfectly, as always and he just looks sooooo sooooo cute ! idk this might be her best work lol she took her time, no rushing although i was late, she STILL did her BIG ONE !! im so so so sad to have to leave Bri but understand that for as long as i can, my dog will be coming to Bri lol im not saying this for people to think she will accomodate them for being late bc respecting peoples business should always be a priority which is why although i was late, i was still ready to abide by her policy. but to say, she knew how important this was to me & she was accomodating ! thats what i call exceptional customer service & loyalty ! i recommend Bri 1000000000x over and over again. Bri, thank you sooooo much. Savvy & I will miss you soooo much but this isnt goodbye, its just see ya laterrrr?“

“This place was excellent! Used the self serve wash here for the first time today and really liked it. They provide the soap (with a few different options to choose from), towels, and even puppy cologne at the end of the wash lol. Super friendly and helpful staff- one of the owners was going around checking on everyone in the stalls making sure no one needed anything. And they’re open on Sundays! Definitely coming back“

“We love Happy Dog Care! Our dog, Gus, has been going for daycare here since we adopted him 5.5 years ago. The staff know him well and welcome him enthusiastically whenever we drop him off. We love that they are crate-free and give the dogs the capability of being inside or outside at their pleasure. He always comes home nice and tired! We’ve also boarded him here a few times during vacations and had just as positive of an experience.“

“My dog has been attending classes at Coventry since 2022. She has participated in Kranky K9s, rally, tricks, trally, treibball, and nose work and has loved all of her classes. Going to school is the highlight of her week! Liz and the staff use positive training techniques based on their up to date knowledge of dog behavior and extensive experience. This has us helped us build a strong relationship with our dog who was adopted as an adult and had reactivity issues, and it has enabled my dog to develop much needed confidence as she interacts with other people, dogs, and her environment. They closely observe each dog and customize their plan and approach so that every dog can have a positive learning experience.“

“No one will help the stray cat I found all the other hospitals asked for money first this hospital took in my cat immediately and help me apply for financing and their prices were 50 less then all the hospitals i called . Very compassionate dr and staff. Highly recommend them.“

“Dr Sinclair and the whole Veterinary staff at Odenton Veterinary Hospital are absolutely fantastic people. My cat has a very painful dental problem and they provided the best care for her. Dr. Sinclair called me to explain her findings from the X-rays, her staff kept me informed during her recovery. Today, Saturday, the day after her surgery the vet technician, Marley ( who both my kitties ADORE) called to check on her progress. Dr. Sinclair and the whole team really care about your pet and treat them like family. I highly recommend them !“

Parents have Alzheimer’s / dementia, and there Siberian husky really needed a groom! She had not been groomed in years; lily took her time, was patient, and she did an amazing job on her!!! “Unfortunately, I am not reviewing the services rendered by this establishment, but rather the beautiful humanity of the people who work here.

A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.

The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!

I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and asked for nothing in return for their trouble and their kindness.

This event, although stressful and upsetting in the beginning, ended with an act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you, Jason!“

She keeps his age and comfort in mind, and does a really excellent job with my hairy beast. “What an awesome, informative behind-the-scenes tour of how the National Aquarium runs. We loved learning about the quarantine period, how animals are cared for, and the rescue operations. Our guide was very informative and engaging - big kudos to Andy! The 90 minute tour covered so much information and we were so happy to have paid the extra fee to visit this center. Highly recommend! (FYI they have a small parking lot that they let you use free of charge during the tour with entry 30 minutes before).“

“Today our boy Kevin went to Cassie for a nail trim. We have been working very hard with him to be successful with nail trims but he still has been struggling. Earlier this week I brought him to a different spa and they said they couldn’t handle him. I told Cassie he is a handful when I booked and she said she would do it. Cassie confidently took Kevin back with her and successfully cut his nails in less than ten minutes. She gave him lots of love while clipping his nails. We will most definitely be back! Thank you again for helping Kevin feel comfortable and making this a positive experience!“
