An emergency service answered my call and left a message so that they'd return my call by Monday morning, which they did. Chris took the time to speak with my son to let him know what he was going to be doing and I really appreciated that. Everything was working efficiently by the time he left. I also knew that my heat pump would be working efficiently so I would feel comfortable knowing that I had everything in place in case of a cold winter!
