“I would highly recommend JinLee with H&H Interior Plus.Jin is very professional and was so helpful to answer my many questions with expertise and knowledge. He was very responsive and this was imperative with the problem we had to fix.We had several buckled planks caused by a large water spill in a hallway and high traffic pass through area in between two larger spaces of laminate plank flooring. The buckle area wasn't noticeable until it was too late and the planks had to be replaced.This was a very tricky job to repair, especially with limited material we had available from the original install 5 years prior.Jin was able to pull up the bad boards, confirm no underlying damage, thoroughly dry any wet area and reinstall the new flooring. If he hadn't repaired so seamlessly, we would have had to reinstall flooring on our entire kitchen, hallway and foyer area.No only is his work beautiful, but he also kept the integrity of the original design, and saved us a huge expense.I am very thankful to Jin and the quality service and skill he provided. I would definitely call H&H for any future flooring projects. Thank you again for your excellent work.“
“Concrete Etc. is an amazing company to work with. Their personnel are very courteous, responsive and professional. Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy. They did very complicated electrical and plumbing work and did it superbly. I could give them a key to come and go as they needed, and never had to worry. “I had a good experience with United Carpet. They installed LVP on my 1st floor. I cross shopped them with Home Depot, but United Carpet were easier to deal with, had all the components in stock (end caps, stair pieces, etc) and were competitive on pricing (not to mention keeping it local). So far the planks have proven more durable than the wood floors that they are covering. A family member used United for carpeting a finished basement and were equally satisfied.“
