“Friends and Family Flooring company has a seamless process when ordering carpet to be installed. From the initial contact, to meeting with the sales agent, working with the office staff and finally to the men who installed the carpet, we found the process to be timely, cost effective and most importantly, the staff were very professional and accommodating with our timeline.”
“They did a great job…it was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend this company.”
“Prompt and efficient service. Personable and helpful staff. The men who came to install carpeting on 3 levels of stairs, most of which are open stairs, were highly skilled and very neat. My walls and baseboards did not have any scuffs! I am extremely pleased with the job they did, and will not hesitate to use them again.”
