“I would highly recommend JinLee with H&H Interior Plus.Jin is very professional and was so helpful to answer my many questions with expertise and knowledge. He was very responsive and this was imperative with the problem we had to fix.We had several buckled planks caused by a large water spill in a hallway and high traffic pass through area in between two larger spaces of laminate plank flooring. The buckle area wasn't noticeable until it was too late and the planks had to be replaced.This was a very tricky job to repair, especially with limited material we had available from the original install 5 years prior.Jin was able to pull up the bad boards, confirm no underlying damage, thoroughly dry any wet area and reinstall the new flooring. If he hadn't repaired so seamlessly, we would have had to reinstall flooring on our entire kitchen, hallway and foyer area.No only is his work beautiful, but he also kept the integrity of the original design, and saved us a huge expense.I am very thankful to Jin and the quality service and skill he provided. I would definitely call H&H for any future flooring projects. Thank you again for your excellent work.“

“I've had an excellent experience with these guys. From picking the right carpet and padding to installation and cleanup. Everything was very efficient, polite and professional. The installation team did the whole upper floor (large area) in 8 hours. They had vacuumed the plywood after removing old carpet and sprayed it with antiseptic. “Ceasar and his team arrived on time every day and got right to work. They were very detailed in their painting of the baseboards, doors and walls. They covered the entire house and made sure to clean up afterward. They were very polite and were totally self sufficient. When the job was finished, I placed blue tape for any touch ups and they took care of the corrections promptly. While on a ladder, one of the workers accidentally broke one of the lights on my chandelier. They found the correct part, promptly ordered and installed the new light within 4 days or so. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to my friends and family. I also asked for an estimate for re-staining my deck and the price was reasonable. If you want quality, I would go with Portelo Contractors.“
