WOW! A simple word says so much. Samir and the team at Expert Floors do amazing work. This is my second time contracting with them and just like the first time (different house) they were prompt, professional and did not disappoint. Not only are the floors beautiful but their attention to details was outstanding. We had carpeting throughout the first floor, stairs going up and down as well as the hallway leading to the bedrooms and wanted it replaced with hardwood. We had an amazing experience with Samir Rizk and his team at Expert Floors. From our first meeting, Samir was a total professional and continued to be in all of his dealings with us. Although we had several other bids which were lower, it was Samir’s professionalism combined with his years of experience, his dealing with clients and his care for his team, many of whom have been with him for many years, which won us over.
