I can not speak highly enough about Jin. We purchased a home that needed intensive work done to the floors. It was just another day for H&H. Jin showed up when he said he would, did what her said he would (& more), and explained everything along the way. Our house is starting to feel like a home!
We recently had flooring installed in our home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Jin and his team demonstrated excellent attention to detail. He was very prompt in answering my messages with so many questions. He was so patient and was very generous with his time and knowledge even before a contract was signed. We noticed that the workmanship on all the areas are perfect, especially the custom built stairs. It exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t be happier with the work done on our two rooms (new LVP flooring, approx. 1000 sq. ft.). The quality of the installation was top notch, and the price was more than fair - as previous reviewers have already noted, you receive tremendous value. Jin, who is the owner, was professional, reliable, and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process in depth. We would definitely recommend him!
