I was a little upset after driving to my appointment and learning that my provider was unable to see me due to an insurance credentialing issue that I had not been informed about beforehand.

Thankfully, the receptionist quickly helped arrange for me to see Kelsey. Kelsey was kind, professional, informative, and took the time to address all of my concerns. I had an appointment today with Towanda to have a few small moles/skin tags removed from my neck. It was my first time there, and her energy and client/customer care let me know immediately that I made the right decision to make the 1hr drive to see her.

It can be a little scary trusting someone new with your neck/face area, but I’m 1000% satisfied with the service I received. It will take a little time for the removal sites to heal and for the skin to even out, but that’s expected and it is part of the healing process. I’m just happy that it is done!

I’m planning to invest more in my skincare next and I’ll definitely be returning soon to begin that with Towanda. Even though I live an hour away, it most definitely will be worth the drive again. Even if it was two hours, I would still drive it!!!“
