“I had an amazing experience staying here after my surgery. My caregiver, Rema ( hope I spelled her name right lol ) took such great care of me and my guest from the moment we arrived. She made us feel so comfortable and welcomed, constantly checked on us, helped me with my meds, showering and anything else I needed during recovery.

The food was AMAZING too, I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always so good! You can really tell she cares about the people staying there.

I also had 3 massages while staying here with Yaya, and she was super professional, had the best energy, and was very educational for both me and my spouse throughout the process.

Also one of the owners, Chanel stopped by and introduced herself, and it was such a pleasant meeting her. I really appreciated her taking the time to check in and make sure everything was going well.

I initially came to RAE to prepare for my upcoming wedding and discuss a few different concerns, including skincare, Botox, possible filler, and TMJ Botox.

From my very first visit, I was impressed by how welcoming and genuine the entire team is. They create an environment that feels comfortable, supportive, and completely low pressure. I've been to other med spas where it felt like the focus was on making the next sale or pushing the latest trend, but that has never been my experience at RAE. They genuinely care about their patients and take the time to understand your goals. At every visit, you're asked for feedback about your previous treatment, your satisfaction, and any adjustments you'd like to make, which shows much they care about delivering personalized treatments.

I'm aLeah’s impressed by Brittany's attention to detail and her meticulous approach. She carefully evaluates your facial features and always prioritizes what will look best and most natural for you rather than recommending unnecessary treatments. “I lost 100 pounds quickly when I was in high school. I’ve had loose skin around my abdomen for half of my life following this weight loss, and it had always been my biggest insecurity; so much so that I would never look myself in the mirror unless I was fully clothed. I had an appointment today with Towanda to have a few small moles/skin tags removed from my neck. It was my first time there, and her energy and client/customer care let me know immediately that I made the right decision to make the 1hr drive to see her.

It can be a little scary trusting someone new with your neck/face area, but I’m 1000% satisfied with the service I received. It will take a little time for the removal sites to heal and for the skin to even out, but that’s expected and it is part of the healing process. I’m just happy that it is done!

I’m planning to invest more in my skincare next and I’ll definitely be returning soon to begin that with Towanda. Even though I live an hour away, it most definitely will be worth the drive again. Even if it was two hours, I would still drive it!!!“
