I had a consultation with Dr. George Gavrila at ProMD Health in Timonium to address some concerns about overall facial puffiness. He was incredibly comforting, took his time to listen, and explained everything in a way that made me feel both informed and at ease. He recommended a thoughtful treatment plan, and I ended up getting Botox and some skincare products tailored to my needs. I left feeling more confident and cared for — not just like another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Gavrila is knowledgeable, kind, and truly wants his patients to feel their best. Highly recommend!
Lauren and her staff at the Bel Air office are wonderful. I went in nervous as this was my first time getting Dysport. The process was very smooth, and painless. She was caring and responsive to all my questions. Definitely recommended giving Lauren a visit!
Visited ProMD today for the first time in Lewes, DE. Excellent services! Ashley was wonderful. Very professional and friendly which put me very much at ease. She evaluated my concerns and explained in detail all options available. I asked for recommendations and were given my options in priority order but it was totally my decision on what I wanted to do first, etc. I felt very comfortable and she was extremely knowledgeable in every service. I couldn’t ask for a better first visit. Taryn is also very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on some ZO products I use. She made recommendations on how I could better use the products and get the best results. Very impressed with both and the entire business. Highly recommend calling for a consultation to everyone. Best skincare practice I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot over the years! 😊
