“I had a great experience with Caliber. We had a tree struck by lightning that totally died within 2 weeks and needed to be taken down. It was on the property line and very close to our house and our neighbor's house. We got an immediate response when we called Caliber and a same-day estimate, and they were able to deal with the tree within 10 days, despite it being busy storm season. The crane had to be parked on the neighbor's property and they were very careful with their driveway and landscaping, and everyone was satisfied with the end result.“

“Hernando and his crew did an excellent job trimming all the branches that were covering the roof and chimney. They even removed all the dead and weak branches. The guys even helped to reinstall the chimney cap that came off. He also let us let us keep the mulch where they threw all the branches into the wood chipper. Total time was about 3 hours.“

“I'm writing this review while the Timber Pro team is taking trees down in my yard. All companies should look at Timber Pro for how to run a service company. The communication was on point, the estimator was great-educating me about the process and giving me some options. The team showed up this morning, as planned. I'm so impressed with how well they work together and how kind they are. The estimator told me the yard would be cleaned up after the trees were taken down and I have to say, its looking like the trees were never there. I HIGHLY recommend this company!“

“On time, Gene gave us a quote to take down a large, diseased maple tree. The discount was very appreciated, the price was very good. He is personable & easy to talk to. He explained the procedure needed. We also discussed options on how to execute the removal due to power lines (power was not shut off - some companies said the power would need to be cut), neighbors' properties, & obstacles for how to access the tree.
The team was ready to work on time. The group of 5 were efficient, quick, and careful. No one was smoking, talking loudly or cussing, or playing music (I've had all these problems with other contractors). The clean up was thorough.
