He explained the procedure needed. We also discussed options on how to execute the removal due to power lines (power was not shut off - some companies said the power would need to be cut), neighbors' properties, & obstacles for how to access the tree.
The team was ready to work on time. The group of 5 were efficient, quick, and careful. No one was smoking, talking loudly or cussing, or playing music (I've had all these problems with other contractors). The clean up was thorough.
