They also laid down some grass seed around the patio, and have even offered to plant additional grass seed in the fall later on since the current seed is having a little bit of trouble coming up in the super heat of Maryland Julys. Manny is a really genuine and great guy, and very easy to work with. Not to mention that they were one of the cheaper quotes out of the five quotes we got. Highest marks possible!“
