Mike was thorough, and patient . He gave me layman term explanations for my issue, the experience felt honest, although there was some upsell I never felt pressured to purchase outside my budget. My only drawback was the set pricing as oppose to the hourly rate jobs I am use too. I would highly recommend them for electric jobs requiring extensive labor.“

He relies on his actual skills not a diagnostic machine to tell him what to do. The previous electrician from Chesapeake Electric wanted to run 3 separate diagnostics at a cost of $630.
