I had Stephanie cutting my hair and she was incredibly nice, she was easy to talk to and she added curls to make my new cut stand out. I chatted with a few other stylists as well and they were very nice and welcoming as well. I asked my hair questions without feeling like I was getting judged it was all in all a great experience and I truly recommend this place

Franchesca is an amazing hair stylist. I have extremely dark jet black hair and she’s the only person who has managed to make my hair blonde. She is also such a nice and sweet person and makes your experience extremely pleasant. The other stylists at this salon are also extremely welcoming. 10/10 experience and I would definitely be coming back!

After calling and researching multiple salons, I finally found the best place!! So glad I was able to find Franchesca at Shear Reflections. All the staff is super friendly and helpful and Franchesca is so professional and her work is amazing!! I went in for a consultation and she tested a strand of hair and gave me all the details and answered all my questions before I scheduled my balayage. I got my balayage and hair cut done from her today and I am in love with the look!! She also gave me great suggestions and tips during my appointment. I highly recommend this salon and Franchesca! She is the best!!
